RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Having the SBDC as a resource in places like Fossil is incredible. That they are here to help us makes all the difference as to whether we succeed or not. I highly recommend to existing business owners or startups that they contact the SBDC.

UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES

"I had my grand opening in December of 2019. I was a little nervous, but being able to count on the support of the SBDC and my advisor gave me the courage to continue on. I am comforted knowing that they are always there for me when I need them."

Wyatt Paul Turns a Horse Trailer into a Mobile Cantina

Wyatt Paul is a Klamath Falls native who converted a horse trailer into a mobile pub. The SBDC was able to provide market research, marketing and pricing advice, and got him started with LivePlan to create a business plan. With hard work, targeted marketing and great customer service, Pourhorse Mobile Cantina became successful and is now a booming business.
